Welcome to embracing your curls! Your first curl appointment at HairSmith and Co. is a unique experience. It's a collaborative effort between you and your Curl Specialist that involves investing in time, products, and the time to achieve your best curl life. Our Curl Services are for people who wear their hair curly 90-100% of the time and want a wash and go finish. If this is not you, then this may not be the right service for you.
At your first service, your Curl Specialist will give you a custom dry cut in its natural pattern, go over your current curl care regimen, encourage you to change the parts of your home care that is not serving you, a mini detox cleanse, then a hydrating cleanse, condition, a tutorial on conditioning with intention, and how to style to get max curl and minimize frizz.
This appointment is a minimum of 2 hours( could be longer if you have high density) , price depends on stylist and is a requirement for all new curl clients, no matter where they are on their curl journey.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, HairSmith and Co requires 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. This fee can be paid over the phone or you can come into the salon to pay in person.
SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: We strive to offer guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let your stylist know within 10 days of your visit and they will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, HairSmith and Co will give full refunds 30 days from your initial purchase and credit on items 60 days from your initial purchase
